2. Will there be any discrepancy in what I see on the website and what actually gets delivered?
We try our best to portray the product in its truest forms however, since these are all wooden products and wood is an element being sourced from nature, it tends to have its own unique imprints hence in that manner there could be slight discrepancy. We also highly recommend looking at the dimensions before placing an order because it can be difficult to judge the size of a product based solely on the pictures.
3. Where are you based out of? Do you have a physical store?
Our head office is based in Gurgaon and currently we do not have a physical store. We only sell online.
4. What is the origin of the product? Which country?
Our products are carefully handcrafted in India.
5. How much is the shipping charge?
We currently charge a flat shipping rate of ₹50/- Pan India.
