Return policy

Araana Home will replace the products under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • The size of the product is incorrect than that mentioned on the website
  • Damaged product delivered

On grounds of production shortcomings customer will be entitled for a replacement/refund provided that the request is being made with detailed images of packaging and contents of the box within 48 hours of receiving the order. After going through a thorough inspection by our team, we will initiate a replacement/refund at our discretion. The product needs to be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the order and the return order shipping cost must be borne by the customer. The buyer needs to ensure that the product is in same packaging as it was received. When all grounds are clear, we will dispatch the customer’s desired exchanged product which should be of the same or higher order value or we may initiate a refund less, the shipping cost. In case the product is approved for a refund, the said amount will be reimbursed to your account in a stipulated time, usually 5-10 working days.


User shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of the product are also to be kept intact and untampered by the User.


The products that do not qualify for return are:

  • products that have been altered or used; or
  • products whose serial number or bar code has been tampered with; or
  • products that were shipped over 7 days ago.
